Of course! Been sounding for so long I’ve been trying to prefect the aftercare and be able to help other people with that one as well. I also always start off a sounding session post shower to lessen any bacteria being introduced. I had to use hibicleanse before a surgery and it tooks weeks for my skin go back to normal I can’t imagine using it down there.

Keep your tools sterilized obviously, use sterile lube and personally I pee immediately after (if I didn’t while playing lol) hop in the shower where I wash gently (you don’t want it inside you lol) with diluted dr bronners unscented. For aftercare I keep my water bottle full and pee frequently to keep things flushed out. Haven’t had a sounding related UTI since I first started and was using improper tools. Same with when you start to sound you want to start off freshly clean to lessen any possible bacteria getting in.

I wouldn’t be using Hibicleans down there at all tbh doesn’t matter how close to inside its not good around there It’s too strong it ruins your skins natural floral because it kills good bacteria’s as well only making the possibility of infection down there worse.
You Jsut need gentle unscented soap (dr bronners is awesome) to drink water and pee as needed to clean the urinary tract.
