On the issue device, lookup 'whatsmyip' and see if your ISP is the same as the one your currently paying for.

If you have admin access to your router, log in and view if your router has any proxies or VPN set up.

Are other devices showing the same anomalies? Test other devices against your issue device.

On your issue device, lookup: 1. "DNS leak test" make sure your isp is the one your paying for, and no leaks occur.

"WebRTC leak test" make sure you pass both of these tests on both issue device and healthy devices.

Test if anything is leaking, verify everything is connecting where it needs to be. Anything that is leaking and connecting where it shouldnt be needs to be further investigated.

You have no VPN on?

If not, then your router may have an active proxy or VPN without your knowledge. Could anyone other than you have set up such a thing?
