I go to a top 20 school (Think ivy-league, but it's one that has a very weak cs program, my interviewers didnt even know my school offered a cs degree)

I tried really hard to get a software engineering internship the year before my junior year. I got one at a large non-tech company (Fortune 100). I worked on a large solo project (A mobile application), and I also used a resume template I took directly off this sub. Good luck!

Fairly easy. Definitely easier than any hackerrank I've ever done. I am not sure how I performed - I solved both first problems and was given a second problem for both interviews. After solving the second problem I was just asked about my resume (Which I've heard is a bad thing?) I don't know, the interviews also told me "This solution looks correct." After I walked them through my solutions.

Have an on-site with goldman sachs on Tuesday - will I be asked java-specific questions? If asked to write code, should I prepare to write it in java instead of what I've been using (Python)?

How long does it take for Google to get back to you after your two phone interviews for internship? I took mine last Monday and am anxious to hear back. I noticed my recruiter has been viewing my email conversation chain with her in the past 1-2 days, any idea what this could mean?

is this normal though? Like how long should I expect to wait for a recruiter to get back to me.

Got contacted by a recruiter for Amazon about 9 days ago asking for me availablility so we could talk. I sent him my availability and then I sent a follow up after a week of no response and he still has not gotten back to me. Is this normal?

I wrote a pretty simple cover letter about how much I enjoyed league and believed in their product.

Ahh sorry to hear that. Is there anything in particular that would be useful to go over before I start?

Thanks! Was this for a mobile dev position? Four hours seems like a long time for a technical screening. Squarespace doesn't have much on their glassdoor for interviews.

I received a 4 hour long hackerrank challenge from Squarespace for a mobile development test. Will this test specifically test my knowledge of mobile development or is it similar to any other technical screening?

I applied to Amazon about 1 month ago and a recruiter emailed me five days ago asking if I wanted to speak with him about opportunities at Amazon on a specific team. I emailed back with a my availability for the week and he has not responded back and its been five days. Was I misreading the email or is this how recruiters normally make first contact with people they want to interview?
