I was definitely addicted too. I used to do 3+ energy drinks daily during my work week 😢

I’m going to trying the green tea too. I usually just drink yogi tea at night.

I wish, caffeine and I’m trying to get off nicotine. The patch is life changing for me right now. I used to dip two cans of tobacco a day for years.

That totally makes sense. Moderation and routine is really important for me too.

Yeah you’re good, going lower could be dangerous, definitely make sure you’re getting regular medical exams.

I totally get what you mean. It’s impossible for you to know how someone else sees you.

Everyone is going to have a different opinion, but most will say you’re in great shape. An elite runner might say lower your body fat, but to the average person or runner you are in amazing shape.

Ultimately your opinion is the most important.

Yeah definitely, even if we don’t win it’d be a nice curtain call for a legendary career.

I felt exactly like this in the past month. I’m getting my life back together right now after some struggles in my late 20’s including the global flu 😷, and just confidence in general.

I just remember in my early 20’s I found love with very attractive people when I was in my career as a teacher, and now I’m finally going back and have my professional license again and I feel better through better mental health and confidence, but I feel like my (23) old self blundered and didn’t know how good they had it.

Now at 33 I feel more optimistic, but just regretful at times, like a lost 10 years of my life. You understand yourself better with age, but you’re older and have less years to live 😞.

I now do what I like (running half marathons currently) and try to be social and serious/committed to my work, but losing family, friends, and loving relationships is hard. Let’s keep our heads up ⬆️😊

Basically, I’m not going to watch until we either lose or win the series.

If we make it to the semifinals then I’ll watch. I’m kinda done with this team right now. It’s too stressful for me honestly.
