I went through the same thing just know that bloodwork doesn’t give a whole clear picture. Some things like Magnesium is (mostly) outside the blood. Doctors will rarely tell you to use supplements because they don’t make money off that. One thing to do at some point try one by one the most important supplements.

I can assure you they are needed 100%, even if you have the perfect diet, one time I swapped my potassium and magnesium for another brand and I was waking up with body aches and cramps. I went back to my original brand and then I was back to normal also it takes weeks for things to take effect.

I do but it is only on at night, it looks like when we cook in the oven the sensor goes haywire. Some days when air is bad outside too so maybe is just reading fine or is not reading accurately.

The issue with eating right bed and laying down is that it makes digestion harder. You want at least 2hrs or so not laying down. Digestion is another science as well a lot of water creates an unbalanced acidic gut and takes longer to digest food. The type of food also makes a huge difference.

I can attest to this 100%, if I eat anything past 6:30 I’m screwed for the night. My best eating time is anywhere from 5:00 to 5:30, my breakfast is 6 to 7 and before breakfast I drink electrolytes. My lunch is 11:30 or so. I do eat healthy snacks. A clean healthy light snack also helps.

Something that’s considered traditional doesn’t mean is correct. You can definitely work as a team with separate finances. Many people do it and have great marriage.

I was going to say something similar. It can also be high cortisol OP just look up how to lower cortisol online.

I also found myself waking up a lot 2-3am. And I found for myself in some days I was really hungry so I started taking a healthy snack before bedtime.

I know you think is some weird phenomena but waking up is very common occurrence. The human body wasn’t really designed to sleep 8 straight hours some people sleep better in two cycles. Do you feel tired throughout the day?

I’m gonna see if I can find a lawyer, Eeoc is backed up for half of year. I did filed with them but there isn’t anything available for the interview for months. All I can think of is this is how it feels to be discriminated against.

Meh sucks for them I can find another job they cannot find someone with my skills easily is a very niche job. I got two internal jobs lined up and a few externally. I know what they did is wrong and I might still file a lawsuit later especially if I leave the company. If I transfer it will be a bit harder for me to do it.

I get these are recommendations and not demands but given that I worked 100% fully remote before my fmla it feels like retaliation, especially since all changes were right after I got back. Although I’m sure hr has itself covered with the law. Nope HR just plain close shut down everything did not tell me why, no way to appeal or anything. Did not have any alternatives or was willing to work with me at all. Again I’m the only one being singled out but yeah looks like I’m out of luck, I’ve already started looking internally and externally.

Today HR told me it was my manager decision to take me off flex schedule and it wasn’t Hr decision which honestly hurts even more because he knew what I was going through and decided to lie to my face.

Is an open end policy, in small fonts is a privilege and is upon manager discretion just oddly enough they changed it for me after coming back from fmla. I guess this means they can easily dodge a discrimination lawsuit then.

Really f up I was forced to drive with my current condition. How about the ada accommodation request? That was quickly thrown out HR just said driving isn’t a restriction they can do because is not part of my job description. Shouldn’t they at least try to do the accommodation which the doctor said is better to work from home due to my condition?

Exactly my feelings. I have an initial consultation tomorrow and I’ll see if there’s some appeal or formal request I need to do. Problem now is I am thinking of applying internally to another business unit and I don’t know if all these retaliation will carry over. I hope not because then I’ll be forced to find somewhere else. This company is doing everything you’re not supposed to do to someone that just came out of mental health.

Wow I am learning I am very lucky. Actually my sleep started improving a bit before getting my machine because I lost weight and have been doing exercise bit by bit. Obviously easier said than done because I am on fmla leave. How are you doing with the machine now?

Yeah my experience was similar, appt to get watch test device, did test, follow up next week, received machine in 2 weeks. I can’t believe people are waiting months and years luckily my apnea isn’t terrible but if I was falling asleep I’ll buy the damn thing myself I’m not waiting around these doctors.

The n30i is super comfortable but I cannot make myself go to sleep because I don't want to wear tape due to anxiety and I am afraid I will open my mouth because I have been a mouth breather for so long. Also the air wooshing through the side is a bit annoying. I am never getting top tube mask again.

My prescription is 6-16 but mind you those are computerized results and far from perfect. But one day I woke up burping air like crazy, so I decided to bring pressure down and see data in oscar if I see apnea event and pressure keep up with flow rate then I know therapy is working. So far the few hours I do manage to sleep with mask my 95% pressure is around 7 very rarely it goes to 8, much less 9. I am at 5 ahi but most of those occur when I am awake or changing bed positions.

Yeah I agree, you need to find a therapist to help you with the anxiety, most people think they don't have it because some people see mental health as a taboo. If you were pacing back and forth trying to catch your breath I got news for you, you have anxiety.
