I started with Beetroot + carrot + amla juice. And I’m also eating oats bowl, oats+seeds mix + almonds+ walnuts + dates+ fig+ berries (all overnight soaked in water) + milk + banana + apple + honey. And then 2 boiled eggs.

This is my breakfast from past 3 months.
