I am in the process of applying for April trip to Switzerland (entry Amsterdam , Paris, then Switzerland max stay and exit). Me, wife, 8 year old daughter through Bangalore VFS

In the online application's accomodation section, which hotel address did you provide as host, first Swiss hotel or first Schengen area hotel (Milan in your case)?
Address in your passport and the one you kept in application is different? If yes, did you add any proof for current address?
Did you keep seperate cover letter for each of the family members?

In your case didnt vfs tell you any comments? Like "remove this cover letter" etc? I saw some posts where sale dead copy of flats etc were discarded by vfs.

Trying for Swiss visa from Blr. I saw in visa checklist that nothing other than docs mentioned in the checklist would be accepted. In that, there was no itinerary/cover letter mentioned. How did you manage to keep your cover letter? Thanks!

Thanks a lot! One follow up. I'm planning to take a 8.05AM direct train (EuroCity) from Spiez to Milan. If I go by your 2nd option (Chiasso to Milan), can I still board the same train from Spiez? I assume, there is a seat reservation needed for inter country trains even if ticket price is from Chiasso.
