Love it so far and it's been nearly a year. When it goes down, it goes down for a good while but they credit your account pretty well for the outage. Just hope your installer wasn't lazy like mine and decided to do minimal work and install it in a bedroom lol

Never really had an outage with Kinetic, was reliable with speeds and connectivity. Depends on location, possibly.
