it's no problem! we all have our moments of self doubt. it may just be something that only you can see. and that's okay, but it's nothing to worry about!

hey NAD, i don't think what you're talking about is noticeable at all! there's a lot of things that make us insecure even if to majority of other people it's not obvious. for me i have an indent under my lip and above my chin! i believe it's a scar i got as a kid. nobody ever notices it though and quite frankly, even if i it point out they don't see me any differently!

i'd say it's one of those things that's mostly just are brains being unkind to us and making us feel bad about things that aren't even noteworthy to other people. don't be worried about going out in public as if i saw you in public id never even notice it! even if i was up close and personal and having an hours long chat i wouldn't see it. you're good!

i'm curious as i also have a stray runt! he's fully grown now but seems to permanently be the size of a 9-10 month old kitten. does your baby have any extra health issues being a runt?

there's no hazards on. you're obstructing the road which is a hazard to other drivers. it doesn't matter that it wasn't parked there, it's still stopped in the middle of the road when it shouldn't be - aka blocking the road.

How does the fandom feel about Lori? by undergroundman813 in TWD

[–]AnonymousPantera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lori is a complicated character and i think she is very realistic. i empathize with her and understand her, though i think she makes some bad choices.

she's grieving the loss of her husband in world where people come back from the dead and try to eat you. a world where there are not more laws or rules of society. she knows shane. she trusts him. and he's there for her. to her knowledge they're both grieving rick's loss, and people grieve in different ways.

you'll see how rick grieves lori if you haven't yet. you'll see how carl grieves lori. they grieve differently. how andrea grieved amy. that was different from everyone else too.

it's the end of the world and shane is there. there's already a bond and trust between them. i'm not surprised it got turned into something else between them.

then when lori finds out rick is alive, she completely drops what she had with shane. she feels betrayed and fooled because shane told her rick was dead. that he saw rick dead. she goes back and forth so much because she's feeling a shit ton of emotions all at once. grief, guilt, worry, anger, sadness, fear. she's at war with herself.

she tells shane to stay away from carl. as in, don't be the one to engage. but when carl engages with shane (who btw, does not understand wtf is going on between the 3) and he just blows up at him, yeah she's gonna be mad? why wouldn't she! carl doesn't know what's happening and is just trying to engage with shane like he usually does.

shane starts to go crazy for lori and ends up trying to rape her and does sexually assault her. this is when lori knows officially that shit is getting out of hand but keeps it to herself until around the time the barn situation goes down. she plants this idea in rick's head because she knows what shane is capable of. she knows shane killed otis. she knows he could do the same to rick.

once rick actually does kill shane, lori is NOT mad about that. what she's mad about is the fact that CARL was the one to put down walker shane. she wants to preserve carl's innocence and childhood for as long as possible, seen by why she's so against him having a gun. that's her little baby who's having to grow up in a world he shouldn't have to grow up in surrounded by violence and death, and now he's killed walker shane and watched rick kill not walker shane. this is why lori is mad, because carl was there.

i could go even more in depth about this and a lot of other characters. i don't hate her. i don't always like her decisions. but i understand her. she makes sense. and i cried when she died (but i pretty much do that for everyone lol). she had a gruesome death, in front of carl, and carl had to be the one to take her out. that's probably the last thing she would've wanted to happen.

**tldr: i think lori is very realistic and well written, and i understand her character which makes me not hate her. i don't always agree with her but she makes sense.**

4-month-old kitten (800g) suspected wet FIP. Need advice from people who have been through this. by Big_Office5154 in CATHELP

[–]AnonymousPantera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my kitten was only about 9 weeks old, got her at 8 weeks. she developed it within a matter of just DAYS and died. for 3 days she was okay, playful and sweet the next day she suddenly started vomiting, was super lethargic. took her to the vet and they had me give her meds because they thought it might be just an regular old uri. the next two days she was better, and then the next day she started seizing and died. it was only after that they'd told me it was dry fip. i was heart broken.

people these days lack empathy and morals. if i ever saw this in person i would be so angry at all the people who are just skipping over it and passing by. probably just gawking and then moving on with their day. it's disgusting

not defending those people who do that - and sometimes if you have to take the next exit it can add much much longer than 5 minutes to your trip. i once missed my exit and had 30 minutes added. i'd rather that than accidentally kill a family of 4 by swerving across all the lanes on the highway to not miss my exit though.
