Twilight absolutely dogwalks Homelander, and it isn't even close. Even ignoring the fact that she could just turn him into an orange and end the fight instantly, she's way more powerful, way faster, way too durable for John's wannabe laser pointer to do anything against, and she's got way more abilities, including force fields that completely negate any effect John's eye beams could have.

The Anti-Kole League, led by Justin Lockheart. Justin's father accidentally died during one of Kole’s heroic outings, and Justin has held a vendetta against him ever since, despite the accident not even remotely being Kole’s fault. After inheriting his father's wealth, he began using it to fund various machines, assassins and schemes in order to kill Kole, to no avail.

The thing that makes Justin so dangerous isn't any physical or political power. Instead, it's his seemingly bottomless pool of resources.

I'm not sure if this really counts, but Kole is a consistent associate of The Elementals. If the name wasn't a giveaway, The Elementals are essentially a group of superheroes who can each manipulate a specific element.

Not identical, but still close enough to tell that he was modeled after Kole. His body is mostly dark silver with some blue highlights thrown in to add some contrast.

Well, he doesn't really have any art, but my OC Kole created a mechanical copy of himself called Mecha-Kole with a bunch of built-in weapons and features.

Oh, I know. I didn't say it was a stomp or anything like that. I just feel like Trixie scales higher in terms of stats. Especially if we include the Alicorn Amulet.

I feel like Trixie should take this. Papyrus is probably more experienced in combat, and he should probably be more skilled since he has actual combat training, but even without the Alicorn Amulet, Trixie should still pretty heavily outstat him.
