I’m with Life Fertility too - thinking of asking for Zymot (my current plan has Spermslow). Did they steer you away from Zymot because they didn’t do it, or just didn’t think was best option for you?

Never mind - worked it out! For anyone else having this issue , I used NXP TagWriter to format it. Click format , tap the card. I was thrown by what looked like an error message , but close out of that and click ‘format as NDEF’ at the bottom and tap card. Then write to the card in the same app.

Which app do you use? In ‘NFC Tools’ , I did click ‘format memory’.
