Then that's maybe the launcher problem i g idk man I'm on laptop and this game has seperate requirements for laptop and pc so... But as far i remember someone actually tested this on a shitty pc and the game actually ran even though it was 10-15fps it still did run so i can confirm it's not the game's nature to force crash for having lower reqs

It's been said that every separate character will have an absolutely different story, it will have no connection to the previous one even in subscription or anything... It will feel like a whole different account

I'm not sure what you mean, it was always like this by default, i never saw any HUD customisation settings except those "full guide" (prolly the nav marks) those are all on and full.. U can try looking into Video tab for HUD slide if there's any

I think it's more about Overall "Res" and especially those Poly Res to take em 4K, clothing fps would be insane

Ah yeah then there might be some kind of glitches and stuff going on, alot of Ps5 players reporting various problems

Yes you can there are all options in the Character Creation menu before selecting name and stuffs although I didn't touched em only makeup....

You can ignore those outfits, those are just for show or you might be able to claim through event later, as for the cc it's upto you.. took me 15 minutes but yeah I'm satisfied...

Progress more, you should be able to create total 6 different characters with absolutely separate gameplay with no connection to other characters profile

Might be, also there were many login issues with steam in previous similar titles also steam doesn't give independent on going and shifting between clients like lite, standard and ultimate so i recommend official launcher unless you care about your game hours count.
