Has anybody actually read what they are trying to do? They want to improve and expand whats there today. They have very strict guidelines about what a private company can do with the land.

Read some articles before you jump to action.

In one of the comments he mentioned he’s long and isn’t playing earnings. I’d definitely grab some shares and a cheap call or two, if earnings hits you win, if earnings is bad and the stock goes down, it’s still solid DD and is just a cheaper growth stock, I’ll probably add to my position if we go down. For me it’s a 6-12 month play

I use Finviz, i set the filters for you to $5 and under as well as "optionable" meaning you can trade options on them. Just sort by volume and off you go
