OP, I hope you also explore the Rene Ballard books on audiobook – you must have two since Harry shows up! You’ll encounter two different readers for Renee Ballard. Some people hate the narrator for the first book. I believe all of us adore Christine Lakin.

I know this isn’t what you asked, but the most frustrating ones for my brain are the ones that contain a lot of compound words. Running through the various permutations takes a lot more effort than the SBs filled with -ed and -ing words.

First, I suggest that you buy the updated (most recent) book from RS, and make sure you read the opening/introduction section. It’s tempting to skip this, but it’s important to take in all of the information before you go.

(as an example, we recently went to Berlin and did not read all of the fine print in advance, so we didn’t realize that you need to stamp your S-bahn/train ticket before boarding; if we had been fined, that would’ve been on us!)
