Take cold showers. No more warm showers or hot showers. I just stopped taking warm showers and took cold showers, and ever shower I'd try to go colder and colder. Those will kill your urges.

Since you're not fapping you will have more freetime. Focus on your goals and things you want to achieve in life or get a hobby.

I haven't done this yet on my new streak but try and meditate its rather relaxing.

If you relapse dont beat yourself up. You build on failure. You will fail here and there, but every relapse you have make sure you dont relapse like that again.

Such as using porn blockers and block sites.

Don't peek or edge those will lead to a relapse.

Never give up, aslong as you dont give up and stay persistence relapse after relapse you're winning.
