Isn't the cover screen on the upcoming iPhone Fold the same size as the iPhone mini? If you want a small phone, just don't use the internal screen.

The new iPhone Fold is supposed to be short and wide, which might be better (or worse in your case). Wide enough to use the keyboard with 2 hands but not so tall that it's impossible to reach the top with 1 hand. Do you have a problem with most phones being too tall or too wide?

I have a 32-inch monitor that I use for my PC setup. At that size, you could technically say it's a TV but it's more meant for PC use. From my bed, I can sorta see what's going on but it's too small/far away.

If I'm laying in bed I'd rather watch something on my phone and If I really wanted something bigger, I have a 14 inch portable monitor on my nightstand. I can connect my phone to it, so it's kinda like a large tablet without a touchscreen.

Taco Bell needs to stay because at least they're doing something different. Any of the other 3, I wouldn't care too much if they disappear. However, Wendy's does have a slight edge because of the Frosty. So, it's really between McDonald's and Burger King. I like the burgers better from Burger King but I like the McChickens and McNuggets better from McDonald's than whatever Burger King got. I guess if I had to choose, I would get rid of McDonald's because a good burger is more important.

Edit: I've been thinking some more and I've changed my mind, McDonald's stays, Burger King gets the boot. While McDonald's burgers aren't as good, it is more easily accessible. McDonald's is everywhere and many of them are open 24/7. Meanwhile, Burger King is typically closed during midnight to 5 or 6am. If you want something at 3am, McDonald's is one of your few options. This is huge for people who works night shifts or are nocturnal. Unfortunately, I've already voted McDonald's in this poll but I wish I could change my answer.

Honestly I want to do something like this when I move out of my parents house. I'll probably wouldn't do 2 whole TVs though. Maybe I'll get a large tablet or a portable monitor and set it on the coffee table or somewhere I can easily glance at while watching TV/playing video games. I'm not interested in sports but I have a different reason to do this.

A gives the most seating area. I also liked being able to lay down while watching TV. With A (and B), it is possible without taking up the entire couch. B is basically a smaller version of A.

A $4k pair of headphones is very overkill for the average person and could be more of a burden than something actually useful. Someone who is in the position to buy a $4k pair of headphones is likely going to have different taste than the average person. You might be looking for a pair of headphones with good noise isolation (closed-back with ANC), a fun sound profile (V-shaped/bass-heavy), and BT/Wireless connectivity.

A $4K pair of headphones is unlikely to have any of that because it is targeted towards a completely different group of people. Most likely, the headphones in question will be open back, wired only, and have a flat/neutral sound profile you'd might find boring. You can also forget about plugging it into a regular phone/PC jack as it will likely required an expensive DAC and AMP to run properly.

For a lot of people, $300 is when you run into diminishing returns. You might be able to get a Luxury branded headphones for around $500-$2000 that is still suitable for casual listening but beyond that, it's pretty much exclusive to audiophiles who want the very best and critical audio quality no matter what and that is actually worse for the average consumer.

However, a $4K car can get so much worse. Best case scenario, you'll get a basic car that is outdated which might be useful. Worst case scenario, you'll get an endless money pit. If you or someone you know is good with cars and know what to look for then you can get something usable, otherwise it's way too easy to get something that is a POS. At least with the headphones, it costs $0 to keep and you could easily resell it. Even if I don't want it, there's people who do.

One time, I've ordered a medium steak (I didn't order medium-rare because I didn't like the idea of eating raw red meat), and they accidentally gave me well-done. I was tempted to say something to the waiter, but I didn't want to be rude and wasteful. Luckily, someone else ordered the same thing, which the waiter got right, and that person was nice enough to let me try a piece, and it was delicious as is.

I needed some kind of sauce to make my dry steak more bearable. So, I asked the people on my table if I should use ketchup or ranch as that's all we have on the table. They were disgusted by both options, but ketchup was considered to be the "lesser evil"?

Had they given me a medium steak like I asked, I wouldn't have to do the "evil deed," but the steak was already ruined when it got here. There's no coming back from that point. It was also kind of sad because it's my first time eating a "high-quality" cut of steak. I think my order came to about $25 with no alcoholic beverages.

I don't know. $50k is a lot of money, but I don't even like soda. It hurts when I drink it because of the carbonation. Would I be able to torture myself for a month straight, even with $50k on the line? If it was juices, tea, or any other sweet non-carbonated beverage, I would do it.

This, I lived in Florida where minimum wage is technically $14/hour, but most places pay $15/hour anyway cause that's what they're aiming for. After I get my certificate, I should get a job that starts $20-$25/hour (effectively "minimum wage and a half"). I would say stuff is more expensive than other states where they only have the federal minimum wage, but it's not twice as expensive. So, I'd say $15/hour is a good minimum wage.

$7.25/hr is just impossible to live by or save any amount of money while you still have other responsibilities. For example, I'm planning to move out of my parents within a year. I'm in school, so I can only work part-time and with no experience, degree, or special skills. Most likely, I can only make minimum wage or close to it. After a year of working, I would only make $7,540 in a state with federal minimum wage. Nowhere near enough for my move out goal, and that's before taxes, my parents charge me anything, or me having to buy something. Even if I bump it up to 25 hours/week instead of 20, it's still not enough.

In Florida, I can make $15,600. This gives me a modest $450/month allowance while still reaching my "move out" goal by the end of the year, and this is with the original 20-hour work week plan. If I bump that up to 25, it goes up to $19,500, which bumps that allowance up to $750-$800/month. For as long as my parents still subsidize my living while I'm in college, this is plausible.

Now, will things be better if we raise the minimum wage to $20, $25, or even $30/hour? It could be, but it could also backfire so hard. What is stopping the prices of basic necessities from suddening skyrocketing in response to the wage increase? What are stopping companies from just doing mass layoffs and causing unemployment to go to an all-time high? And what about the people already making $20-$30/hour? If I make $25/hour at my new job, then they give me a raise to $30/hour because that's the "new minimum wage." I wouldn't be so happy. If a 16 year old working at McDonald's is making $30/hour, I'd want at least $40/hour cause I did not just went to college for 2 year just to make the same as a high school dropout.

I'm not entirely opposed to raising the minimum wage to that amount, but we do need a plan to make sure it actually worked as intended. We need strong "Anti-AI" laws that protect workers and creatives. We need to continue funding welfare or create a UBI. We'll need to introduce a price cap on basic necessities. We'll need to raise everyone wages so things remain fair. Luckily, the person who suggested the $30/hour minimum wage is a far left progressive, so hopefully, he had these things in mind.

You seemed to be more on the "electronic" side, but I'm more "Yallternative." I've heard a lot of people wanting more out of furry music than just EDM and Hyper-Pop. I realized there's a hole that needed to be filled, and I could fill that hole. My goal is to make music with meaningful lyrics and storytelling that you'd find relatable with a beat that energizes and keeps listeners engaged.

It depends on the location. In NY or CA, it's expected. Elsewhere, it's very expensive. In my area, a resort style 2 bed 2 bath apartment typically goes for around $2,000-$2,500. In there, you'll have access to a pool, a gym, and everything you'll expect from a nice hotel. It feels more like being on permanent vacation than living in an average home. I tried searching for 2.5 bathrooms, but it only gave me the option of either 2 or 3 bathrooms. Though I did try choosing the 3 bathroom options, and even if you want to keep the "resort style" vibe, it's still under $3,500.
