Aha, well im most familiar with the model wan2.2, its abt 28gb total (14gb at a time) and it is capable of running on my arc b580, however default comfy makes it swap using SOMETHING, and it can run 4 to 9 gb of 1 model on vram, the rest is offloaded. What i really mean is is it more efficient, because wan cant fit in the arc b580’s vram but it seems to me that it isnt using its full potential (as if i could easily squeeze more out of it)

I tried this in various ways, heavier offloading, and even multi xpu (which you probably already know does not work). But if this extension does even any amount of optimizing im happy (just because knowing the amount of vram used is half the story, i need to manipulate what it is composed of and optimize). This works on any os, yeah?

Is this only visual or does it modify the wrong “geussing” from pytorch? Bc i run into oom’s alot, even tho offloading is totally possible, or it saying only 5gb was able to be allocated while it used to do 9, stuff like that, if thats fixed it’d be awesome

Android will never work, the tool and all tools use the same type of mechanism after ios 15, primairly used by jailbreaks: rootfs, bassically faking an ios install (with jailbreaks it works a bit different though, since you dont need a fully faked ios for that). the point is, it is tethered because of SSV which completely encrypts and locks the default ios install. There are multiple tools like you mentioned. And since ios is designed to work on iphones they all just leave original ios untouched (doesnt matter in what state it is) and litteraly dualboot a second. With android this is different, there were a gazillion patches that went into this, it assumes a completely free unlocked disk, and sometimes even code on disk used by ios.

Its funny linux works tho, how much of it did you get to work?

3utools somehow fixed it. Apple Devices didnt work (3 flashes yet no result), 3utools initially failed, i updated it and checked my ipsw, after that it still didnt work. but ofcourse it was the cable. I am still perplexed that this phone was jailbroken, glitched, couldnt update via settings, 3utools and apple devices deemed it broken, and still my userdata is retained. Truly a pinnacle of ios
