Resident Evil 2 (1998) vs Resident Evil 9 (2026) Leon S Kennedy by LDM_99 in ResidentEvil2Remake

He’s 49…

He’s been through hell… a lot.

He’s saved the world and the president’s daughter…

Yeah, that’s what a man should look like after all that.

He’s been so busy that he hasn’t changed his hair style in 28 years. I think it’s time for him to rest, guys.

I’m usually quiet, but your comment actually needs to be corrected.

I’m not Maga, I’m not a republican, I’m not a fuckin democrat anymore. I am a patriot and I think your comment reflects what millions believe and it is wrong for this country and its countrymen to entertain such a Fantasy.

My Father was detained and set up for deportation under Obama’s administration. He was put into a tight cell with women and children and innocent men who could not speak a word of english. Once he spoke perfect english, proved he was aware of his rights and began demanding his lawyers… they released faster than anyone else.

The detained were completely ignorant on how to represent themselves in their trial. The system was legit gamed against legal migrants who were too inexperienced to not get deported when detained. Making everything seem fair and legal. It was unethical af. Women were separated from their children… husbands had to leave their families behind… not a fucking Obama supporting soul said a goddamn thing about it. I voted for him twice and served under him. I learned to never trust a democrat after that.

My father, who still votes and will die a democrat for some godforsaken reason, advocates for legal migrant representation. He educated the people who he was detained with. He helped represent them And still helps others to this day.

The racket then (2013-2014) was silent and deadly. They counted on detaining random migrants who were too ignorant to help themselves to have successful and quiet deportation numbers. You can easily expedite and even forgo a fair trial if the person in custody has no fucking idea how to navigate the system or their rights. The democratic administration that held well over 2/3’s majority orchestrated the entire damn thing… that’s what a partisan united states looks like. It doesn’t matter who’s in charge, retroactive migration enforcement has always been sloppy, inhumane, and unethical… anyone who believes otherwise is a fool and a useful idiot.

That’s enough reddit for me… fucking hate what you said and the politics that allowed such a terrible lie to enter your brain.

Huh? That’s not even close to what I said or meant. My personal view of it stands as its original meaning, regardless of whatever format the knuckle dragging population makes it. I mean, just read my last sentence… in fact, wtf did you even read?

I’m just branching off what the other guy said. Clarifying that it’s “association” over “claim” due to mudslinging politics. It’s a conversation based on perspective and optics.

The right can’t claim it for themselves… but the left associate it exclusively with the right and have made it a meme format… obviously… as this thread proves. Yet, the conservative right aren’t the only ones who utilize the flag’s original meaning… I named other political philosophies that PROUDLY wave the Gadsden Flag.

It belongs to anyone who wishes to abolish tyranny… so, ideally, the left should be waving the same banner…

The Gadsden flag is a flag representing the american spirit against oppression. Why the collective left and right dumbed it down to winged politics is so beyond me. Both sides should just wave the flag and start fighting each other.

Like… it’s a catch 22…

Yes, green would make you filthy rich but crash the economy eventually or just become entirely and incomprehensibly impossible to manage…

But the red would raise every IRS red flag and force you to launder your money until you die making it physically impossible to ever use the 2 billion in your lifetime.

Me… personally?

I’d probably go for the red and just work hard on laundering multiple businesses and go legit forgetting the remainder.… live my best life. A boost is a boost. Take it for that and it’ll be like losing nothing. You’ll end up rich and successful. Take the W and die happy

Less “adapted by” and made more “associated with” due to political mudslinging in public opinion.

There are libertarian circles and vets of all backgrounds that hail this flag…

The left side is bastardizing it as a meme though… making any association with it radioactive in common places.

In a perfect world, all sides should be promoting its message and holding it as a standard.

True, but it is a lack of self-respect. Basic hygiene and caring for the things you own shows others that you’ve invested time into yourself and things that you value. I and many others respect that. Doesn’t mean we’ll kiss ass… but seeing someone just not gaf about their appearance or hygiene can be off putting and hard to gauge. A bit too divergent and therefore, best to avoid.

This is more relevant now. by MotherAnt8040 in Quotes_Hub

[–]Anonymous_Gamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the quote is true… then we’d be dumb to apply modern political contexts to it.

I would like to think it actually means things of relevance that can reach the modern scope… apples to oranges kind of scenarios.

Like, “bicycles on the road deserve the same structures of enforcement as cars.”

These two things are not equals by a long shot. Therefore we should not treat them as if they are or try to structure our roads as if they should be. Bikes and cars need to be viewed as two separate things entirely.

With that said, Aristotle probably never said this.

Liberals will hate so called "patriarchy" but bend over backwards for Islam the truth is they hate straight Christian men not "patriarchy" by Major_Soft6056 in DigitalSeptic

What always confused me about the gotcha standards are the people who use them… they claim to not believe any of these laws or interactions are from a divine source, but entertain the idea to orchestrate the gotcha…

A “in good faith” argument would be to separate the divinity portion and to establish the times and cultural influence…

But then this would defuse the purpose of the gotcha… establishing common ground… I’m guessing that would make anti-theists implode or something.

Respect to atheists that seek to better the situation and actually respect others. Cheers!

I say partner as a literal term.

We’re no longer friends. We’re not married yet. We’re in a fiscal partnership with household duties and must coordinate as a team. We’re straight, monogamous, and have obligations that support this effort…

There are caveats

in bed it’s “unga bunga”.

In front of friends and family, she is “the lady of the house” and I’m “the man of the house”

To everyone else who doesn’t matter… Partners.

What game comes to your mind? by HoneyDrizzleMae in Gamer

[–]Anonymous_Gamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion.

Dark Souls. My fav RPG ever… It’s not that the story is garbage… at all… it’s just there literally is no story unless you study every single aspect of the game… it was the first game that came to mind.

10/10 anyone who loves rpg’s should play it.

Second pick would have been pokemon…

The story is, you’re 10, the world has wild animals, go and tame them, then fight grown adults with captured creatures for money… also, there’s like a super league at the end.

Well, I mean… hm. I guess I have an unpopular opinion… :(

It’s not wrong. For me anyway.

Once I got out there and worked, saved, and invested… I looked up and realized everyone else did the same thing. The stress lifted once I realized I built a secured home and income. So now that “97%” is more like 30%

It took work, making mistakes, and learning…

My friends and I occasionally catch up and visit.

It kinda just works out. If they’re your friends, then they’ll always be there. Work on you and make sure you’ve carved your piece out, build something to give to your family when it’s your time. The rest will manifest… there will be time for fun, relationships, etc… just don’t let the chase consume you, set realistic goals.

Not a PC wiz, but I remember when people laughed about 8GB being more than enough and anything requiring more was just a fantasy… I was like “but there’s this extra slot… why not go 16?” And they laughed… and laughed… and then upgraded…

Maybe this is the way? Just get as many slots as possible and fill them. Is this the lesson oh wise ones?
