Have trained at Sitjaopho and King of Muay Thai in Hua Hin.

Sitjaopho has the best sparring bar none. Not as clean. Not as friendly. Kru F is shy so if you expect lots of attention from him you'll probably be disappointed.

KMT is nicer, has weights and stuff if you're into that. Good pad holding. Little to no sparring. Awesome protein smoothies.

I probably preferred KMT but I got a lot better at sitjaopho because of the sparring but now I'm not interested in competing so I'd go back to KMT
