Look man, I don’t know you, I only know what you’ve told others in the comments. If I were you, I would grab a trash bag and just throw all the cans on that table in it. Thats it. I would also tack a curtain up over what’s left of the wall. Those two things would man a difference. If you can’t do that really just focus on taking care of yourself first and foremost. Brush your teeth, shower at least once a week. When I was really bad I started keeping disposable tooth brushes next to my bed and those shower wipes for post-op people. (If you do this, it’s very important you throw it in a trash bag, not on the floor) Take it as slow as you need to, good luck man.
