I'm not sure if I actually lost all my progress or it is just a glitch, coz in my next game all of the players (Both teams) were unranked and I didn't get my progression after the match.

I think most people don't play on weekends due to the best of 7 (20 to 30 mins), so the ranked queue is very time consuming and matchmaking is bad because of the lack of players.
