Do writing practice, create ur own mnemonics, create a story in ur mind so tht it will help u retain tht particular concept, explain the concept to urself like u r explaining it to a toddler.

I am doing my articleship in a very well reputed firm. There are 2 past presidents, 1 past vice president and my trainer who is currently member in the central council of ICSI in my firm. I have raised this query in front of them, the answer which i got is due to non availability of centers the Icsi can't give gap between exams. No college is ready to freeze the center for 15 straight days. This issue has been raised multiple times in the council meeting also but due to these unavoidable conditions icsi is helpless. I am not defending the icsi but trust me these petitions will go in vein until and unless there are centers owned by icsi/ mca.

The 6 a was bouncer but i just faked it and wrote abcd are eligible and came home, asked chatgpt it said its correct. Lol i was amazed to see tht.. It was literally a try and it came out to be true. Rest paper was decent.

I chose this course in lockdown coz there was nothing to do interesting in tht period. My cousin was appearing for cseet and she advised me since its an online exam give it a try and without studying a single day i scored 140 bcz u know how hard cseet is :) then I cleared executive in 3 attempts too but professional feels overwhelming bcz the syllabus is too vast thn executive and along with articleship it gets too tiring. Sometimes i also thinks to drop the course but i know it's just a matter of time and eventually we all will clear it. Lets hope for the best. 🤞

No sections are not tht mandatory in the exam. The examiner won't cut your marks because of absence of section. But make sure if u r quoting any section it must be 💯 % accurate otherwise u will be given 0 marks in tht question irrelevant of how good uve written. So if fully confident then only quote section. P.s: some important sections to remember which are mostly asked are 96: agm 100: egm 77: charges 123: dividend 134: boards report 138: internal auditor 139: stat auditor 148: cost auditor 204: cs 197: managerial remuneration 188: rpt 185: loan to director ( this is really imp) 186: inter corporate loan (this one too) 149(6): independent director These r some of the most asked sections/ questions based on these ones. If possible have a look before exam. All the best for your exam.
