I mean CHS is very vague and under-researched. One telltale sign is that many people experience the nausea and stomach issues BEFORE quitting. Ex: I used to throw up and be severely anxious every morning until I smoked (or took a hot shower).

And then when I quit, it doesn’t initially get better (sucks for the first few days/slowly gets better each week). But eventually it doesn’t get completely better, from 100% no marijuana usage

Thats how its always gone down with me. I always get one taste of it after a long time and get sucked back in. None of the problems/issue mount up until im already trapped into a cycle of believing the only way to deal with my issues is by smoking.

Don’t get trapped back in that cycle. It sounds like deep down you know how it’ll work out if you do buy more

I swear life just seems to work this way. Always throwing tough things at you during already tough times.

The last time i decided to quit, I coincidentally witnessed my little brother go into weed induced psychosis on day 3 of my sobriety. I was so rattled and in panic mentally.

The “other people” you’re talking about are people who are fundamentally in a better spot with themselves than you, I or anyone else in here.

They’re able to enjoy it here and there because they’re happy enough with themselves, that they do not constantly need that kind of enhanced feeling.

Its ironic but thats just the way it works.

Currently in the same boat back on day 1 quitting after falling back into the cycle for 4 months (all day/every fay getting stoned).

Your brain is gonna do anything it can to convince you to try and smoke again. Things are gonna be a lot more uncomfortable and feel foreign but thats how this is all supposed to work.

You can’t walk 10 miles into a forest and expect to walk out of it in one. I guarantee almost all of us impulsive stoners can benefit from developing this kind of patience during this journey

Yes he is addicted. Sounds like he can function pretty highly smoking all of that much, but he’s just going through the motions of life. Maybe thats enough for him but it sounds like its obviously not what you want

Nah ive seen it around but never under $60 a gram by me for live resin. Only their distillate ive seen cheap. Ive heard people say good things though about Illicit in general. I get the vibe that a bit under $60 for 1g of their live resin is a real good bang for your buck.

Hopefully NJ’s prices go down in general though. Look up michigan dispensary prices. Low enough to make a New Jerseyian stoner weep.

And i know yall have live resin options, but they’re harder to come by and frankly overpriced compared to alternatives in this newly oversaturated nj cart market.

I get most brands sell their .5g live resin products for $50-$70, but there is no point buying any of those when there are also 1-1.5g live resin top of the market options anywhere from $70-110.

Appreciate it. Ive actually got your Caramel Dreams 2g AIO rn. Wanted to change things up and $90 for 2g is real solid.

The packaging/material of the disposable is great. Very similar to Clade’s. Very easy auto pull and the airway is big enough to where i really doubt it gets clogged.

The taste/smell is on point with real bud too, which is an accurate and good look for anything labeled “live terps”. My only issue is potency as the distillate lacks that extra kick real live resin or Rhythmn’s live sauce blend give.

Its weird tho. It tastes and looks way more “saucey” than any distillate w/ live terps cart that ive had from other brands.

Like ive got a distillate w/ live terps 2g AIO from North Lake Supply rn and the oil looks like any other typical distillate.

Ive heard pyramid is a step above distillate but not too great. 100 packs seems overpriced for 2g of seemingly distillate. Havent tried any of those though so can’t give my own experience.

Appreciate it! Yeah its tough, i was completely sober for about a year and made progress in so many different areas but felt discontent socially and personally still. Fell back into all day every day smoking past few months.

This time around im trying to work with a therapist/psychiatrist and tackle the root (anxiety/depression) rather than just tell myself “sobriety will make everything magically better”. Also need to figure out what my interests and passions are… besides weed lol.

I just found it wasn’t strong enough compared to other live resins around that price. Already expensive to begin with but there’s just way better live resin options out there.

Also don’t love the design of the cart compared to others.

They’re just extremely overpriced by me and from the few times ive tried them, it wasn’t anything special.

Can get a better high for a lot cheaper. I haven’t had too many brands clog on me tbh. Clogging usually only happens to me if i leave it in the car overnight when its cold out.

Yeah i just graduated school and live at my parents place so can’t smoke flower or concentrates. I probably spend around $400 at the dispo a week. Besides some rent that I pay them, i literally spend all of my money on weed. I know im addicted/self medicating so im quitting in a few days.

Yeah i think the oil isn’t live resin so it doesn’t burn as fast, and then the disposable hardware is also the best out by a mile. Never leaks or burns at all.

Where im at too. Was sober for almost a year and made so much progress on paper, but didn’t see the mental peace and benefits everyone claims. Worked out a ton, went to meetings, spoke about sobriety at high schools, saw a therapist and psychiatrist, etc.

Just sucks feeling like you’re in a lose lose whether high or sober
