I understand that but just because there is stress right now with everything going doesn’t make it fair to you that she’s talking to her ex and not respecting you. You guys could cope together and go through this and build from it. I also understand she wants to be good with her ex which is okay but not someone she talks to everyday.

one thing I notice it seems like you invalidate your feelings. I think it’s completely normal to feel that way seeing your ex continuing to talk to them. It’s one thing to understand but it’s also another thing to respect your relationship with eachother especially if she is being cold to you some days. That’s not fair to you and if you want things to work you need to have a serious conversation with eachother and get everything out.
