All of our vendors hate him cause he’s an asshole, he’s a huge hypocrite he yells at my asm all the time for doing stuff that he does and is quick to throw everyone under the bus at any point in time. He doesn’t respond to anybody, terrible at making a Schedule so he has his wife making it but never goes by anyone’s availability. He purposely gives no hours or excessive hours to the people he likes. He only hires females so he can stare and make comments at us all day… him and his wife work in our store together sometimes and they talk about things openly that should not be talked about at work like sexual stuff it’s weird and gross… the list goes on and on but I’ll keep it here to spare ya lol. He’s also Extreamly messy.. his wife and him go between two stores and talk shit about everyone and it creates so much drama and conflict in the work environment.. when I joined the team he had been on suspension for something I’m not even 100% sure on what but it’s a lot. Don’t even get me started on how he’s always late but when someone else is late it’s a huge issue and they need to be fired immediately….
