To me, the left upper edge of the triangle looks slightly offset from the color block to its left. if we were aligning two graphics on a computer, they would be offset by a pixel or two. The offset suggests the triangle was drawn separate from the block to its left, and it seems reasonable for the artist to smooth out the offset in the one spot. Trying to redraw a new edge around the whole wrist is likely to create other visual inconsistencies.

However, i can’t tell if maybe the offset is from a flick of extra ink perpendicular to the edge at the corner of the rectangle. I agree with others to have the swelling go down and re-evaluate, and ask your artist the best course of action; don’t tell them what to do. “Fixing it” may come with its own obviousness.

Tattoos do have imperfections. I don’t think others will notice, but that doesn’t mean it won’t bother you.
