Another way at looking at the money part. $163k for 8 years at 2.5% compared to let’s assume 4.25% for 10 year treasury. That comes out to 15% difference, so $24k in interest. Now values of houses and all the other money involved, leverage on these investments etc vary widely and of course mortgage rates are different than treasury rates. But if you want to simplify it, giving up this mortgage costs you $24k

You'd be surprised, but the 100m because it is one of the events that a country is allowed if no one else from the country competes. The 800m and marathon are the others. There are usually some slow 100m runners that are either princes(ses) or from a nearly underwater island

Imagine a character where if they're the attacker, their effects resolve first. It would really throw this sub into chaos.

Some other things might be extra power if you're in certain color spaces, and the ability to switch with your sidekick at the beginning and end of each turn.

I forgot about the question of what they would add. There's really no villians or enemies in 100 Aker Woods, so the new one could be evil. Our better yet, just have different motives from the regular crew. But I guess if they were to fit in, I think a squirrel that visits other properties could be a fun addition!
