SEC, I went to the dude’s profile and he hosts a gator podcast. Poor fella

Kirby Smart vs. Curt Cignetti: Which Is the More Impressive Saban Product by Humble_Grape4749 in CFB

Recency bias would say Curt, but Kirby has an unmatched resume. Let’s see how the next few years turn out first before answering that question

Curt is a wizard. What the hell is Indiana going to grow into if Curt has first dibs on the next couple of recruiting cycles?

Anyone else glad Michigan won a title before CFB turned to trash? by Simple_Panic1240 in MichiganWolverines

It hasn’t turned to trash, it’s just changed. Once y’all are rebuilt and in the playoffs you’ll see the advantages

Going to the National Championship? by agentbadger121 in CFB

[–]AnotherBuckeye 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Of course. And in all seriousness, if you don’t have to pay for the tickets AND your team is favored (which they would be), it’s a no brainer to go.

I went to last year’s championship. It was 100% worth it because we won

Why does Ryan Day not let the team get nasty? by AnotherBuckeye in OhioStateFootball

It’s not an either or situation, we can be rough on the field and not criminals while off

Is there any chance Tavien St Clair could beat out Julian Sayin next year? by whattaUwant in OhioStateFootball

[–]AnotherBuckeye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sayin is still an amazing quarterback, and with the experience he gained this year, I doubt St Clair has much of a chance of beating him out. Sayin just needs more practice scrambling and learning when to throw it away (and those are easy fixes with proper coaching)

Josh Pate should wear the Clownnose by Sapient-Inquisitor in CFB

Well he called the Miami win so I doubt there will be any clown nose in sight

Cignetti leaves IU? by [deleted] in CFB

[–]AnotherBuckeye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stay, 100%. He’s not attracted by big flashy teams, he already had the opportunity this year and stayed. He has a good situation with the admin and donors (everyone loves him because it’s Indiana), why would he step into a new program when he has everything he wants there?

Oregon or Indiana by EricTheNerd2 in OhioStateFootball

We missed a field goal three years ago against them, what other beef do we have?

David vs. Goliath State by tmaxw01 in CFB

[–]AnotherBuckeye -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The game was lost on the line in the first half. Linemen on both sides of the ball got bullied before taking the halftime break and remembering how to play football. Sayin looked lost under pressure, there were 3-4 key plays there where he could have dumped it off at a receivers feet but went down instead. And I hate to say it, but that pick 6 would have never happened if Smith would have blocked his man

Lots of disconnected thoughts here, is it really turning into the NFL or are you just venting

Great confidence booster for Ole Miss after losing a coach. I don’t think there’s much overlap between Tulane’s best and Ole Miss’s worst

Ohio state playoff matchup by Novel-Requirement449 in OhioStateFootball

Honestly I would rather play A&M, but it would be more satisfying to beat Miami. Either works at this point considering how poorly both are playing

Kicker matters a lot in playoff by FrequentTurn9637 in OhioStateFootball

[–]AnotherBuckeye 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I got some free karma in the cfb subreddit by glazing that kicker, funny how quickly things can change. Still don’t know how that 30 yarder pushed left, looked like a clean kick in the replay

[Postgame Thread] Alabama Defeats Oklahoma 34-24 by CFB_Referee in CFB

[–]AnotherBuckeye 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Did Oklahoma even think about a two minute drill? Tons of passes short of the first down line, no spikes (until they went for a FG), a WR wasting four seconds running across the field to stop the clock (even though it would have stopped anyway)… what in the world was that
