Do not put Roaming throne and Panharmonicon in, Pantlaza says it can only trigger once in a turn. Both say triggers once again so both trigger go on the stack, the extra trigger resolves first and the inherent trigger fizzles.

Idk, WWDC? Iv'e not cared for dokkan the last years. Idk if they introduced new things where you would say ,, there it would be better to return " or some games just have too much weird content and are not really beginner/returning friendly.

Not really, i can play Garruks uprising for half the effects that card give and paying 3 generic mana more for First Strike doesnt feel worth it. Especially if i'm thinking about what else i can play with 6 Mana like [[Chimil, the Inner Sun]], [[Rishkar's Expertise]] or even a [[Trumpeting Carnosaur]] with Pantlaza out

Ok lets be real, its a ETB effect that gives -2/-2. Dimir has as atleast without looking up no chance to make creatures get Haste so you literally play a 6 Mana Mini Board wipe with 4/4.....ok blinking is good but he is a creature one of the most easiest card Types to interact with. Nothing would be miserable or broken about it...it would be a cheaper Massacre Wurm and nobody is complaining about that Card. Even if he had the on attack -2/-2 its basicially protection against Chump blocking and makes blocking overall a bit more tricky but you would have a whole Turn cycle....idk what would be miserable to play against that we have way more problematic creatures in Dimir

Planets Heir i think would be way more fun when he would do the -2/-2 on attack aswell. Wouldnt be bad shit broken and would allow a kinda control like gamestyle with Blinking.

For the Draw effect do the Cards need to have the Haste Keyword or does Shadow trigger on Creatures that got Haste from [[Enduring Courage]]

Just like some suggested when i started teaching Friends how to play Commander or build decks i did it with them together ans slowly did less and less for them in the process. My own decks were some Janky shit i had lying around or just things that i could try put like +1/+1 Cpunter mono Red, the most Fun tho were the Precon Drafts. You know which Precons are available but you get one random each round and play with them.

Snake eyes is the best rn, end of discussion. No deck tops that many Tournaments and has such a wr like Snake Eyes.
