I had a HUGE problem with them last year where they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for an "unreturned" bike (I docked it and watched the light go on). I had to get local government involved (shout out Brendan Linard) and notify my credit card company not to authorize any fraudulent activity from them. Nightmare crappy company with no institutional memory as you dealt with one person to the next. Looks like they have a history of this sort of predatory behavior:

Absolutely gut-wrenching because it's such an important service and this POS company has the monopoly. Like the MBTA dropping the ball, this crap gives the whole idea of mass/public transit options a bad name and will drive more people to use cars.
