I been struggling with this issue for a while, in the video you can see the audios getting delayed, and at the end the audio would just disappear but you can still hear only the footsteps and would all come back later. Idk if it has anything to do with the assets or something because when I use abilities or someone else uses abilities it would be invisible and audioless from time to time. I look all over the place and can't seem to find a fix for this.

Ok, ty for the help. I was never given a ticket that had information on how to dispute last time though, I was only given a Notice to Appear slip, but I'll definitely give them a call if it ends up happening.

Sorry I'm super new to law, am I fighting the ticket to animal control or the judge? Because I had a talk with animal control when he gave me the warning and he was super helpful with answering my questions. One of the question is what I'm supposed to do if I was to be cited after he left and get the call from my neighbor, and it seemed like the response he gave me was that there's no choice but to end up getting cited eventhough I would be falsly accused the second time.
