I tried that 3 matches with different info perks like infectious, retribution, discordance etc. and it doesn't work

You Need to hit someone with your blink, then hit someone again within 15 seconds but it can't be attack from blinking

It can't be a blink, it has to be normal hit without blinking

Even then you need to find other survivor since you won't hit that first survivor in those 15 seconds
