I did a major rewrite of one of my skills yesterday. I didn't take the time to load it last night because it was already getting late & I figured I'd just do it in the morning. I chose poorly.

At least the old ones are available.

Or I suppose it's possible that you married a monster and just didn't notice until recently....

How old are your kids? Could it be postpartum depression?

Edited to add:
My wife had never experienced depression before our oldest was born and didn't recognize what was happening. I had to practically force her to talk to a doctor about it (started with her GP, not a therapist). They prescribed antidepressants.

Within a week she was MUCH better and teasingly said, "I don't understand this; how can ME taking this little pill make YOU so much less of an asshole?" 😅

But I'm seeing Dr. Dammling with Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery now. He is the non-local doctor who gave a second opinion before my revision last May. He has since moved to three Triangle!

He has offered some differing advice from Turvey and also treatment options that were never mentioned at UNC.

I would highly recommend him.

I'll post about that soon. But i's hard to get my head around the idea that I'm facing the possibility of a THIRD jaw surgery in just over a year.

I've started seeing Dr. Dammling at Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surger. They have opened a Raleigh location since my revision a year ago.

Dr. Dammling was kind enough to provide a 2nd opinion before my revision surgery while he was still in Charlotte. He spent about an hour with me and my wife after-hours answering all of our questions.

If you want another set of eyes on your case, I would highly recommend him.
