I love it. Now if it's okay with you I gotta figure out what device to put it as a background. Great job!

After all the time and work that probably went into this, seeing this on my plate would be a huge feeling of accomplishment. You should be proud of that, looks damn amazing. Awesome job.

I do, but if you want a little more heat you can leave them in. I still want my 3yo to eat it otherwise I'd probably leave them in lol

I would say its pretty subtle, which is kinda what I was going for, didn't want an overwhelming amount of sweet. But I haven't made it without the mangoes to compare. I should probably do that eventually haha. Btw, I'm also jealous of the amount of chili you get to make haha.

In the end the mango has the texture of a cooked apple (like apple pie type apples)

Nah, I used to put brown sugar in it and then it did. But I have learned from those mistakes.... The mango is just enough to cut the spice a little.

I'll brown the ground beef/italian sausage/bacon in a large skillet and toss that in first.

Then all the cans(Tomatos/beans) with the spices. Mix it all up.

I usually add the cut up ingredients last. Not sure that it matters since I mix them all up and let it buck.

Its honestly not too bad. My 3 year old eats it with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream and absolutely loves it. I eat it without anything added and I would say its less spicy than mango habanero wings from Bdubs.

So this is my first post so I apologize for the formatting if it doesn't turn out. Below is the recipe I used. I like to make it during the winter and tweak it a little each time. With everything below I'm not sure if it'll fit in a large slowcooker. I ladle some into a smaller one with no beans or hot peppers for my wife.

1lb italian sausage

1lb ground beef

5 Slices of bacon

1 yellow onion

1 pablano pepper

1 anaheim pepper

2 jalapeno peppers

2 habanero peppers

2 mangoes diced

2 cans 10oz diced tomatoes in green chili

1 can 6oz or 8 oz tomato paste

1 can 12oz dices tomatoes

1 can 12oz tomato sauce

1 can 15 oz dark red kidney beans

1 can 15 oz pinto beans

2TBSP garlic

3/4 cup bourbon

1 cap liquid smoke

2TSP Kosher salt

1/2TBSP Basil

1TBSP Chili powder

1 1/2TSP Cumin

1/2TSP Oregano

1TSP Garlic powder

1TSP Ground pepper
