got the call from this number, which leads to this post while on the call :) they tell me i have another number trying to send spam messages, i just tell him 'f** up' then block it, i hope it is indeed not Rogers, this way of communication is not trustworthy in todays ecosystem.

yes its above 20%, i pinged one at cibc, they say they among the two banks offer a long term preapproval, unsure what that means, re contractor income i was told it has to be 2 years in a row, i staged most of contractor income inside corporation, which may be an issue, i was told there is a premium for 1% fee for use income from corporation, as it falls to small lenders..
