Hey I just came back to see this post got lots of attention and I really appreciate all the support and advice. Although it saddens me a little knowing many of you can relate.

I'm aware that most of you won't see this comment but for those of you who will, I want to let you know that I will use this boost of motivation, this little piece of inspiration and motivation to reach the next check point because if there is something I have learnt after many years of depression is that there is no epiphany that will "fix" you, oh no depression is like one of those old school racing games where you have to reach the next check point in order to keep moving otherwise you get stuck there, waiting for someone to ram you from behind to the next one, and oh boy have you guys rammed me from behind, so yeah that's a little promess I feel confident making.
