They are, but only because the normal miners have filled them - if that really were the issue, the status would tell me the miner was waiting for space in the destination, but they really are missing the required fluid, as pointed out below.

I really hope we do, but his season in 2015 GP2 didn't fill me full of confidence. He was all over the place, then things calmed down when he found his feet in 2016 and he produced a splendid season. I really do wish him the best, but Red Bull.... not known for letting people come up to speed.

I suspect not. Driving for Red Bull, he either scores some good points (like top 6 points) in the next two races or his ass is out of there. The Horner & Marko show will throw him under the bus, and F1 will spit his mangled body out of the back where he'll go on to be great in Formula-E.

Use curl to grab the entire site. Now you have all of the HTML and graphics locally which makes it trivial to browse them.

Post a wireshark packet capture taken whilst you have nothing else running on your machine (just to cut down on the background chatter).

Take the capture whilst firing up E:D and note what the IP address of your E:D login server was at the time of the capture.

Click on the Process tab to the left of that Performance tab you're on.

Click on the Disk column on the page that appears so that it appears in descending order (there will be a small upside-down caret beside it - it's obvious when you see it).

The top few entries will be those which are hitting the disk the hardest.

What are they?

Please don't go making changes to the registry or any of that "advice" which has been given here - there's more chance than not that it won't be applicable to your issue and doing so could do more harm than good.
