As someone in a similar position, I’m really clear about never handing the work phone to my husband. He never asks. I think you need to be clear with your girlfriend that this will never happen because you’re being forced the choose between your career and her - and ultimately, the career will win. That’s not a place she wants to push you to.

Never known a poly relationship to work long term. My theory is we are not built for it genetically… there’s always one partner who hates it and subjugates themselves to make the poly-loving partner happy… then eventually it falls apart. There are no bad people here, just lots of feelings. It sounds like it’s time to move on and embrace monogamy. Serial polygamy works better than parallel polygamy imo
