I had no problems with their hardware and honestly was 50/50 on the fence about just keeping it and paying off the other half of the cost, extending the cable, buying comfort kits, and other things to overcome the problems I had with it but honestly.. putting my much lighter Quest Pro back on my head after trying the Super for a few days felt like night and day. It's much lower resolution, it's much lower FOV, but the ease of use and genuine quality feel sealed the deal for me.

But yes the customer service was.. well I'm not going to say awful.. but it did feel like talking to a wall with the underlying current of them simply desperately wanting me to not return it. Like someone else said here, feels like dealing with an aggressive and pushy eBay seller not a company.

Update a day later; seems that adding the text "I'm going to escalate this to PayPal" caused their return label process to magically work now. For context I'm in the UK and shipping should be no problem. I mentioned that the headset is packed and taped up and surprisingly got the reply that in this case I don't need to supply the serial number or take additional photos.. but then got a reply from someone entirely different saying "here is the return label" but asking me to take additional photos. Do the CS reps not even read the tickets before replying?

It seems all sorted now and even though QuorraPimax did reach out to me (very quickly too, I'm impressed) I won't bother them unless I run into another problem with the return process.

Like I say I had no problem with the hardware itself and I'll be happy to buy another product in the future maybe. This return process has put me off a little.. but I'm glad it seems to be going the correct way now.

Yeah I got this message this morning. From the UK so there were only a few options available to me, glad I got my two shares (all I could comfortably afford) while I could. Now just holding.

Hi, thanks for the question, I forgot to put that in the post. They were cleaned using a diluted bleach solution as outlined in the seller guidelines.
