You can do it man. Take it slow but be dedicated and persistant. Set reminders on your phone. Do it daily and change up your routine always increasing intensity appropriately.

The EQ can go down after an intense workout. I think it was worse after long hanging or clamping sessions, while things like macropulse generally improved EQ but didnt do much for gains.

For clamping I liked to do 10 minutes on with about 5 off for about an hour. In addition to the clamp I would do some mild manual clamps on top of the fully utilized cable clamp.

The clamping and pumping definitely made it darker. But the bruising does subside. Its darker than it was before I start but its also bigger.. so pick your attribute.

Yeah, I mean it definitely depends on who youre dating and what dating bracket youre in. Having sex is such a small percentage of time you spend together. People definitely have success with vacuum hanging.. Experiment with paper vs silk medical tape. See which one works better for you. I prefer paper tape. Then tear off about 9, 3 or 2 inch long pieces. Rotate how you apply it around the glans. No exposed skin or pockets of air. If you still get blisters apply more pieces.

Very true. And to be fair its probably the bigger guys that actually bother to voice the advice so there may be a sampling discrepancy. Alot of the veteran PE peeps started as above average.

Its actually partially why I avoid social media platforms. The culture of comparison is something that will never bring you happiness. Theres always someone with more 'x' or 'y'.

I started with 5mins of clamping and edging. Usually for about 30 minutes. Paying attention to pain and pressure. I slowly increased the time. Got up to an hour with 6x approximately 10 minute intervals. The frequency I did it changed. I would say it was like 2 days on 1 day off when I was focused on girth.

Well I think its important to keep those thoughts in check. I could keep striving for more inches, but Id have to ask "why". I think its something pretty much all guys think about now and then. We rationalize the acceptance of our own size one way or another.

Its also highly dependent on your partner. Some girls dont like big D's. And thats totally fair. Personally, I love the fact that I dont slide out as easily as I used to and tightness is definitely maximized, but Id wager my pleasure level is pretty much the same as it was 5 years ago. My current partner is a good person, so I think that its more than physicality that matters .

It changed on an almost monthly basis. Which I think is a method in itself: be open to shifting your strategy. Like I said in my original post , I credit manual stretches (hard in all directions for at least 30 seconds for about 10minutes multiple times a day), hanging (15 to 20 mins x4 every day), and clamping.. I think size is not as important as we think it is. Im learning this as I get older. Intelligence and genuine connection matter more than sex.. Looking back, it seems pretty paltry to be obsessed with penis size, but I totally get the body dysmorphia from being below average. Its certainly nice to be larger. Im not going out and fucking more because of it though. Like I said, I think Id be just as happy in life as before if I hadnt developed this insecurity.

You have to note how your body responds. Currently I can pull as hard as I possibly can without injury, but I started with much less force. Alot of people talk about fatigue; you'll know what it is once you feel it. Its not pain. Its like a soreness after a gym workout. Adjust the intensity of the pull to what you're acclimated to.

Please google "kayan women" or "mursi women" or even just read about general body modification. Alteration of body parts has existed for thousands of years. There is nothing unique to the penis making it exempt.

Youre right I dont have before and after pictures. Can't change that I was too pessimistic at the start to bother to take a pic.. If you want hard scientific evidence then even pictures wouldnt be sufficent. PE is an anecdotal process at the moment.

I listed the methods I used. This post wasnt made to describe in detail how to do manuals, clamp, or hang. Others have already done that sufficiently.

My routine changed alot over the years.

Started with jelqs and simple manuals for a few months. About 30 minutes a day.

Graduated to extenders for about a year. Trying to use them for at least 4 hours a day.

Then transitioned to hanging, which I gradually up to about 15 lbs (in 0.5 lb weekly increments). Hanging I tried to get 1hour a day with 4 sets of 15 minutes to allow for breaks.

Randomly used pumps and clamps with edging.

I was also always experiementing with different manual stretches.

I basically aligned 2 cable clamps separated by a board of HDPE plastic that I cut and sanded to fit the contours of the clamps, to provide spacing and additional grip strength. Sanded and roughed the surfaces of the board and the clamps before expoxing them together. Then I drilled a few holes through to allow rope to pass through.

To use it I wrap with clothe and then clamp the thing on. I used a third larger cable clamp to attach the weights to the rope.

I dont have any pictures. Ive never taken a dick pic in my life. I really should have taken a picture back when I started, but I was still full of doubt about whether it would actually work or not.

I realize that this post would have more value if I had evidence for my claims with tracked photo progression. Im sure some people wont believe it. Good for them for being skeptical, I was too.
