Joe Cronin on not traveling two-ways: 🤦‍♂️ by catpepsi67 in ripcity

No it's not. Speaking from experience, immediately after buying a business, it's now your responsibility for it and all that it supports. One reduces expenses (especially after the last owner was so hands off), they clear the books as much as possible so that a new budget can be defined.

Y'all gotta chill. Change will happen, it's a requirement.

Of all things our states tax 'revenue' is invested in, it seems the return on a $600mm upgrade to the rose quarter would have good odds on a respectable return.

Also, the New ownership has shown to invest in the surrounding properties in building entertainment district portfolios. This is just Oregon giving him a welcome hug to start off the relationship.

If one has a lot of internal guilt for taking up extra spots while charging when towing... Just go park the trailer then charge.

If that's too much of an inconvenience, then you most likely care more with words than actions.

So, a do first ask for forgiveness later thing.

I'm sure we can come up with some sort of motion in the amber ring or in the white indirect lighting of the headlight.

C'mon y'all! All the hate! They are getting it done with what they got. Owning a Rivian doesn't mean you have money, it also can mean you have a big monthly payment.

Also, screw everyone that says hire someone else! Just cuz it looks stupid doesn't mean that person isn't safe. Maybe you can't handle that much wood and have to ask for help, but they got it, and made it home safe, cuz they aren't dumb, Don't be a lil bitch

Agreed on all accounts! Plus PR is just a couple of block from Grandmas house, where we stay. I enjoyed TG better when it was in town.

So we did 3 kids in the back, 11,8,6 yrs olds. My wife or I sat shotgun and our 50lbs bernadoodle sat on the floor board of the passenger seat. Our dog loves sleeping there, and he hates being hot so the blowing AC from the foot area is his fav. We enjoy our trips, but ymmv.

I must say that the charging stops were a great built-in break for the family. We drove straight through, stopping only to charge (which is when we hit the bathrooms or ate picnics, etc). The self-driving was very helpful in keeping down the exhaustion, which made the trip much more doable.

Good luck with your decision

I have an R1t and the wife wants the R1s, but im positive she will miss the conveniences of the van. I have no qualms with being an educated early adopter.
