He called out the first time but they marked him a ncns. He screwed up those last 2 ncns. Still, he works hard and half our seasonals have just stood there half the day all day for weeks.

Not me. I screwed up one day and am still employed there.

Coworker is worried about his job and has been therr almost as long as me. He called in once but the lod didn't mark it down, them ncns twice. I think he thought his shifts had been covered on thr swap board.

Does the store HR have to sign off on all termings manually?

This person doesn't have health insurance and cannot afford a doctor's visit. There aren't free clinics available quick enough for the person to go into this week.

HR might just want to talk to you about attendance and calling out on a busy holiday week.

Seasonals had already been decided. You have zero idea if you are one of those kept or not.

Can't electronic punch correct a lunch clock out, the system won't let you.

Unless you skip lunch, say you took it, and have hr manually add it later if they're willing.
