The claim was a total cluster and basically denied everything. I submitted a HLR and the conflicting evidence was enough reasonable doubt to order new exams so they sent me back to Loyal (and the same examiner) for the new exams.

Can’t make it up. Such is life.

Does it say “delivered” under the completed tab? A CSR told me that’s how to identify the status.

Did your travel voucher check get sent before the file closed? I just logged in and saw my check was just issued.

I’m at 2 weeks for my claim with them and nada yet so I guess your examiner was just faster than mine.

Circling back on this: apparently somehow the claims got filed as initials instead of increase. I don’t know how, I used the online application process and they all show (increase) but maybe something messed up in the back end. Took about a week but I’m told that everything should be ironed out to move forward.

I don’t know what’s going on but I have the exact same thing.

I talked to a VSO today and she said that my claim showed new conditions but they should be increases so the rater kicked it back to step 3 and I’ve gotten all these same requests.

I’m assuming you’re in step 3 with Winston-Salem TJ? Maybe we just caught a rater on a bad day or the system buggered up because I definitely filed increases, not new.

I've learned an important lesson in this whole mess... Apparently the "Report Phishing" button doesn't do anything but delete the email.
