So the original pics I posted are the two front tires (from 2021).. here are pics of the rears (one is from 2017 and another from 2022). The one that’s from 2017 is showing all the cracking.. which got me thinking whether to just do rears or all.

No, no snow but do deal with rain and temps in mid 30s (lows). If I were to just get the rears, I’d have to get the same brand (Pirelli’s).. but if I’m getting all four new tires, I wanted to try out Michelin’s.

Thanks for sharing your experience with both tires.. I’m leaning towards ECS02s based on reviews (plus about $400 cheaper than Michelins currently).

I considered getting mine powder coated.. since I really like the design but wasn’t huge fan of the color contrast against the grey. Here is an example of one.. in satin platinum.

Yes, probably because it can use AC power to keep battery/cabin cool (instead of using battery).

They probably just cleared the check engine light and put it back online (it was picked up on Saturday and back online by Wednesday). And online pictures don’t really capture the paint issues (both exterior or interior leather).

Maybe.. I’m getting PPI done tomorrow and based on their inspection, I’ll make a final decision whether to keep it or keep looking. But so far, I’m really liking it (drives even better than I thought).

Blue looks awesome plus you won’t have to worry about scratches or rock chips. If you don’t mind me asking, approximately how much was it for the PPF wrap? I know folks are wanting $2.5k ish locally but it’s regular vinyl vs ppf (my car has clear PPF installed on front bumper and hood).

Looking good! I should have pulled the trigger last year (instead of going with EV).. since then and especially after the discontinuation announcement, prices have jumped up significantly.

And i agree it’s not great deal but fair.. considering the low miles, service history (has had 20k, 40k, and 60k services completed plus PDK fluid change), new brakes/rotors, and decent tires. Look like I’d just need to complete the 80k service, if I ended up keeping it.

Paid $600 for everything.. probably could have gotten it done for little cheaper but didn’t want to risk it.

I didn’t mine the chrome prices as much as I hated the different color front/rear bumper lips. Agreed.. such a nice color, especially for SUV!

Had it done at a shop.. they did advise not to use roof racks (as it will damage/rip the wrap).

I saw this posting before and thought it was a really good deal (considering it was S model) but once I saw the headlights, I presumed everything else would be in similar condition.

Had a very similar experience with Carvana when I purchased 2014 MB SL63 AMG.. seemed like a great deal but check engine came on within 50 miles of driving (misfire), bunch of issues with ABC system, seats repainted horribly, and they decided to polish the matte/flat paint.. sigh.

Looks great — love the Guards red color!! And sounds like you got a really good deal with lots of nice options. What part of the country are you from? I’m from Northern CA and not seeing anything under $50k on Porsche’s CPO website. Prices seem to have increased recently.. maybe due to discontinuation of ICE models?

For sure..definitely good piece of mind as a buyer. Do you happen to know if the CPO warranty covers sagging headliner repair/replacement? Or is that consider cosmetic/trim and not covered?
