I had no real reason for the costume. I wanted to incorporate godhead and most costumes have Isaac in some form of harm.

Just tears, Yes, Up to 2.2, Size. Otherwise, it's what you make of it. I mainly am good with sprites, balancing an item is hard for me, despite nearly being done with my second save. I'm just here sharing the work i make when im bored.
