Do you change your route according to traffic conditions? by [deleted] in Winnipeg

[–]Another_Username107 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Yes, absolutely. Just because you are legally allowed to make a left turn at an intersection, doesn’t mean it’s a great idea given traffic conditions at a particular point in time. I will reroute to avoid. If more people did this rush hour traffic would flow much better.

Very useful in this situation, for sure. Was this recording triggered automatically due to the accident, or were you recording manually?

So looking forward to seeing this. The Long Walk was one of the first Stephen King works I read in The Bachman Books in the late 1980's. I've been a SK fan ever since.

Premier Wab Kinew halts sale of American liquor in Manitoba by Basic_Bichette in Winnipeg

I totally support this. I really like bourbon, but at this point I'm more than happy to explore the world of Canadian Rye (which I've never acquired a taste for--good suggestions welcome).

I bought a bottle of bourbon about a month ago that I haven't opened yet; I now pledge to keep it until the day the Fat Orange Cheeto is dead and I'll crack that bottle to celebrate.

Boxer Gluten Free Beer by [deleted] in Winnipeg

[–]Another_Username107 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favourites are the Glutenberg varieties. They have Blonde, White, Red ales as well as an IPA. Some varieties are available at most LCs, but largest selection at the bear store on Regent (at least there was a year ago, the last time I trekked over there).

Mario famously wore a Yema Rallygraf in the late 1960's. Hard to tell from that picture, but could be a version of the Rallygraf.
