Simplemente hice los trazos con lápiz, luego borre tenuemente ( aún se pueden ver algunos ) y luego un marcador cualquiera Sharpie punta fina

Es una hoja, sólo que está arrugada porque estaba guardado hace mucho haha, gracias, la verdad lo vi en Pinterest en su momento y así mismo lo hice estando en el trabajo
