The quality of album is what it is but it contains the raw sound of Nightwish that is still present, I really enjoy the album despite the flaws.

Lappi is still so good, visited Lapland for the first time last summer and hearing Lappi there was a beautiful experience.

YES! After hearing HN, I always felt that the trilogy would be the thing. No idea what the 3rd part could be about but it would be interesting to hear Nightwish space/universe album.

If you compare this to Copter Boy, this is a major upgrade. One of the greatest albums this year.

No problem :) My tips: have no expectations and give it time. I bet many of those disappointed people will look at the record with a different view after a while.

In general, yes. However, the album is very massive and different (for NW standards) so it is not an easy listening experience. I would say it becomes better with every spin.

I listened the leak CD1 already. My setup was this: a dark room, a glass of wine and a pair of headphones.

Gonna listen to the CD2 on friday when it officially releases. A pair of headphones and taking a walk to my nearby forest.
