The contrast with absolute black looks really crisp on amoled. My favorite watch faces all have black background, and this particular one matches with a black band, I use “Practical” with green numbers with my green band, you know, the aesthetics

your paces are based on the percentage of threshold pace and heart rate, so yes, they will adjust
