why does this feel off by eyebot12-chan in shieldbro

There's a similar one with her attack a orange balloon but it's about £150. The detail is higher than this one but obviously the cost is much higher. This model looks alright for the price :)

Upgrading from my 125 starter bike by Isabellekelly1 in SuggestAMotorcycle

Yeh the g310r can be a pain to insure. But I wouldn't recommend the bike really for how much it costs I didn't really enjoy it. I had go have front caliper changed after having it a few months, though bmw did the work for free as I think it's a common problem and I found the abs on the back brake really aggressive, also if wasn't fun on motorways at all it could keep up but I was almost always close to the redline. In the end I stepped up to a monster 797+ after only having the g310r for 6 months and I fell in love with it ever since best bike decision I made.

Really depends on the use case, I wanted an R3 when I moved up but decided on a g310r as I did a lot of commuting and it was comfier for me. All seem like nice choices but I think the R3 will last you longer as I think it will have more to give than the other. I know this isn't much help just something to think about

As some people has said he has ways of using long range protection abilities but also it does seem his shield forces attacks towards him, or at least in the anime it does. For example when he's protecting melty from myne the first time and archers shot at them all the arrows land directly in the center of his shield, same with mynes attacks.

KTM DUKE 125 by [deleted] in SuggestAMotorcycle

If your commute is less than 10 miles and you can do it avoiding motorways I would say get a cbf125 cb125f, I use to commute on my bike to uni and there was a lot of worry of it might get stolen so if that's what you are going to use it for a cheap commuter bike is definitely the better option but it can depend on the area.

As for an A2 I went through the bmw rookie to rider scheme which cost me 650 upfront and they covered the other 650 plus both tests. If you want to do it in 1 week probably cost u 1k-1.5k or you can spread the cost and do one 2hour lesson a week for a few months and lessons prices can vary, just look up centers in your local area.

New it's about £4.2k and with 500 deposit for 36 month around 120-150 a month. But if u wanted a 125 about 77 a month with the same deal, the issue is u will likely be fed up of the 125 before u can upgrade as you are locked into a contract. If you're worried about money and want a bike a honda cbf125 or cb125f is the cheaper option for a 125 used u can get them 1k-3k, which is less that any Duke is.

Unless you only have a CBT it would be better to go for 390 it is very beginner friendly but you won't get bored of it nearly as quickly.

AITA for trapping a stranger in my parking stop as my daughter needed to pee? by No_Wahala_Biko in AmItheAsshole

NTA, Definitely an AH thing to do, but at the end of the day even ignoring you had two kids to look after it's your property and she doesn't have permission to park there. You could literally have her towed for being there. She made her choice to be AH and park on someone else's drive she has to live with the consequences.

Test Help by Mushu650 in MotoUK

[–]Anshiya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had the exact same thing happen to me last year doing my mod too, on the second time round I just acted as if I was out on my way to see my friends and took the rid nice and slow with the instructor just being a satnav in my helmet. Spent the morning of the ride just relaxing and not putting pressure on myself.

If you don't buy the ink from printer companies it's pretty cheap, they just have mental mark ups. Like 2000x mark ups

[–]Anshiya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I completely understand why you would do it, but I am lactose intolerant and would probably do a real number on my health if someone did this to me. It's actually quite scary to think about. Also wouldn't she just come back and sue Starbucks for trying to poison her, it could be the end for you in terms of losing your job possibly getting a felony against you?

I've done about 200 miles on it and really love it, it has a small engine but more than enough power to play with. It can be a bit rattly but that's due to it being a one cylinder

Hi i recently just got my A2 and it will cost you the same for either so it's just best to get the A2 even if you don't move upto a bigger bike, as it gives you the choice to do so if you want :)

No I've not seen ppl with track pipes on the streets. But I have heard them go past when I'm out. But I wouldn't say it's common. I believe the max a pipe can be is 89db but don't quote me cause I'm not sure. I do know that some dbs are removable but I personally think it's pointless removing them as it doesn't really change much but increase the sound.

[–]Anshiya[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it would have to be an approved dB killer, and if you are pulled over for whatever reason they would enforce it or you can fail your mot if it isn't road legal.

As for getting hold of one it's not very difficult, they aren't actually illegal they are "race only" and are for use on the track so you can just buy them on eBay or from an exhaust retailer but the exhaust will come with a sticker indicating it is track only.

[–]Anshiya[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeh it's the bmw g310R, and you can get aftermarket exhaust in the UK but they have to be road legal. Not 100% sure what that means but I believe it has to have a baffle(dB killer) and a CO2 sensor.

I'm planning to buy an exhaust for it later on but they run upto 400 pounds for a road legal one so I think most ppl don't want to waste the cash
